If you will need to return your product, please review the information below. Only items purchased on KODE.store may be accepted for a return through this site. Items purchased from Amazon.com should be returned or exchanged through the Amazon.com website.
- Items purchased from and independent seller are subject that seller’s returns and exchange policy as well as their terms of service.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt date for a refund or exchange.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by the delivery carrier. As is standard, the liability rests on the delivery service. Damages and disputes should be brought to their attention.

- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- C.O.D packages can not be accepted.
